This is not my first time to order online. But let me share to you my experience in Lazada Philippines. :)

1. Since Lazada is also available for android app. It’s easy to browse if you have the app.

2. Browse na ng inyong gustong bilhin. Take Note: There are price changes every day/week/month.

3. Check your cart. And proceed to checkout.

4. After you checkout, Eto na po ang lalabas.

*CHECK YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT/S.

5. If you have mulitiple item(s) pwede po nilang i-send ito hiwalay. You can track your items via LBC @lbcexpress and 2go website e-trace

6. Items delivered : You have to check your package with 2 forms to keep. But before that kindly check your TAX INVOICE FORM given by the courier agent.

So… This is My shopping experience in Lazada Ph. First order recieved via LBC in just 4 days from january 13- January 17. Now, Not yet recieve my last item which is via 2GO (and this is my problem since january 13 hindi ko pa rin ma-track ang item ko. And guys sobrang delay po mag-post ng item info for tracking ang 2Go, compared sa LBC sometimes late update pero atleast sa first day na naipadala na ito sakanila agad may update ka sa tracking mo. Ang bad sa 2Go late sila sa tracking ang Good they will call you on or before the delivery date. Well, all in all Lazada is easy to deal with. Sometimes late ang reply nila sa Emails kapag may inquiry ka regarding sa item mo pero it’s okay. Satisfied naman ako. Very friendly CS Agents, good service and worth it!!! Hope nakatulong ako kahit konte.
